Developed by healer and clairvoyant, Donna Eden, it is based on 30 years of her professional experience working with clients. Energy Medicine is a highly sophisticated and comprehensive approach to self-healing that is also very simple to learn and use. It uses techniques from healing traditions such as acupuncture, qi gong, yoga and kinesiology.

Qualifications
Jyoti is Certified Practitioner of Eden Energy Medicine, and has trained in the most advanced classes with Donna Eden, enabling her to work with the deepest energetic structures, known as the Basic Grid.
Expertise
Jyoti's specialty is working with women and their specific health concerns, from hormone imbalances, fertility and PMS issues, through adrenal fatigue, thyroid imbalances and menopause. She is an authorized instructor of Energy Medicine for Women and enjoys helping women become empowered in their own self care.
Resources To Get You Started
Donna Eden's seminal book, Energy Medicine, will give you a good understanding of the systems used in the sessions and how to start balancing your own energies. It is required for those wishing to work in depth with Jyoti. Exercises and techniques given as "at home" self care are explained in the book, along with necessary diagrams and pictures.
