Classes are a great way to immerse yourself in Eden Energy Medicine. Jyoti is a generous and experienced teacher. She has been a Teaching Assistant to Donna Eden in her trainings for many years, as well as teaching one on one and intimate classes in Sedona.
Private classes (most suited to one or two people) are tailored to your specific needs, whether you already have some experience of Energy Medicine or are a complete newcomer. Suitable for both the layperson who wants to vitalize their own health and well being, and for massage therapists, nurses, counselors or anyone in the healing professions who wants to incorporate Eden Energy Medicine into their work, you will learn tools that will benefit you for the rest of your life. CEs for massage therapists are coming soon!
Private classes two days or longer also include one or more individual treatments with Jyoti. Mornings are set aside for class time and afternoons are dedicated to either an individual treatment or integration time on your own. Individual sessions can be added at an additional cost.
Participants are encouraged to take the rest of the afternoon and evneing to integrate the work and practice what they have learned. This is important so that any shifts in energy can be noted and worked with in the next session, and so that any questions can be adequately addressed during class time.
Sedona Body and Soul is located close to National Forest and hiking trails. We are happy to point you in the direction of easily accessible outdoor spaces wher eyou can spend quiet time for integration and practice.
We are also located close to several hotels, inns, restaurants and grocery stores. We can make recommendations, if desired.

This is an opportunity to receive Energy Medicine treatments and start balancing your own energies, as well as learn how these methods can be incorporated into your massage practice. Energy Medicine can greatly enhance techniques you already use in bodywork sessions.
