Jyoti Rawlinson: Energy Medicine, Bodywork and Massage

Jyoti has been working professionally in the healing arts since 1990, and offering her own brand of massage in Sedona, Arizona since 1995. She explains, "connecting with people through the medium of touch is my passion and I can't imagine life without it."
Career beginnings in England
Starting out her bodywork career in England, Jyoti studied the basics of swedish massage as a respite from her job in book publishing, at a time when massage was considered a fringe pursuit. During the late 80s and early 90s, she spent time in India with Osho, learning to meditate and delving more deeply into the healing arts through Holistic Massage and Rebalancing (a modality that tends to the fascial structures, developed from Rolfing).
Move to the United States
Since 1995 Jyoti has had her bodywork practice in Sedona, where she offers a unique blend of touch therapies she calls "Magic of Massage" (the "magic" being in the touch itself). While not wishing to be restricted to one particular massage modality, in Jyoti's sessions you will find elements of swedish massage, deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, acupressure, and Trager. Always excited to continue her learning, in 2010 she studied Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques with master therapist and teacher, Erik Dalton.

Expanding into Energy Medicine
In 1999, Jyoti met renowned healer and clairvoyant, Donna Eden, and plunged into studying Eden Energy Medicine. She's taken numerous classes with Donna, including the advanced grid and regression modules. Jyoti is a Certified Practitioner of Eden Energy Medicine, authorized instructor of Energy Medicine for Women, as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Arizona.
A Golden Named Ruby
Jyoti has worked with thousands of people over the years, and affirms that she continues to love what she does. Ruby, her golden retriever, was her healing assistant for almost eleven years, making clients welcome and helping to demonstrate the art of relaxation. Sadly, she passed on in July 2011, but her presence is still felt in every session.

Tod, a native of the higher reaches of New York state, has been a Sedona resident since 2002. He was certified as a breathwork facilitator in 1993. As part of the International Breath Institute, he monitored field studies and gathered case studies of the breath (Miracles Of The Breath; IBI, 1995) as a primary intervention for trauma patterns and addictive behaviors.
A singer and certified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Tod works in Sedona as a consultant to business, and conducts sessions in Transformational Breath, Intuitive Readings and Sound Healing.
